Structure

With 12 sequential modules, you build a practical climate disclosure and strategy system for your organisation.

Work with an online cohort, completing one module per week, or on demand at your own pace.

Application

Each module includes an implementation activity that produces a real business artefact, designed for use in reporting, governance, and operational decision-making (not theoretical exercises).

Completion of each activity unlocks a weekly one-on-one coaching session for refinement and implementation.

Implementation

Upon completion of the 12 modules, participants will have assembled the core components of a climate strategy and disclosure framework.

These artefacts create a clear, auditable trail to support climate reporting obligations, internal governance requirements and implementation.
