This 12-module program is accessed by a monthly subscription.
It takes organisations from the fundamentals of mandatory climate reporting through to an assurable climate report and the foundations of a climate strategy.
Each module builds on the last, creating a coherent body of knowledge and a portfolio of practical deliverables that participants can implement in their business.
At the end of each module, participants complete a structured activity, producing a business artefact suitable for implementation and reporting (not just a classroom exercise).
Completion of each activity unlocks a weekly on-on-one coaching session.
These activities are cumulative. By the end, participants will have built the core components of a climate report and program for their organisation. The artefacts will provide an auditable trail for your climate disclosure and provide you with the structure to implement a climate strategy.
